Meet the Doctors

Dr. Ingrid Brown

Dr. Ingrid Brown has been in private practice since 2002. She and her husband Dr. Kevin Brown have three boys that are a constant source of joy and excitement. Dr. Ingrid focuses on wellness, preventative care, adolescent gynecology, hormone replacement therapy, endometriosis, fertility, contraception, and family planning. She is trained in advanced laparoscopy, minimally invasive gynecology, daVinci surgery, hysteroscopy, and hysterectomy. Patients enjoy her gentle approach, calm demeanor, and relaxed bedside manner. She enjoys teaching, patient counseling, and strives to meet the needs of her patients through flexibility and individualized treatment approaches.

Dr. Ingrid is faculty at Texas A&M College of Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin and UTMB in Galveston. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of ACOG and TMA.

Dr. Kevin Brown

Dr. Kevin H. Brown is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow in the American College of OBGYN. He has been in private practice with his wife (Dr. Ingrid Brown) since 2002. His practice focuses specifically on gynecology. Special interests include the evaluation and treatment of PCOS, abnormal bleeding, contraception, ovarian cysts, infertility, hormone abnormalities, HPV, abnormal pap smears/cervical dysplasia, and preventative care/wellness. He offers a wide range of surgical services including minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopy, D&C, hysteroscopy, endometrial ablation, and tubal ligation/sterilization. Dr. Brown is a Clinical Associate Professor at Texas A&M University College of Medicine. He is the proud father of three boys and enjoys hiking, camping, and travel.

Dr. Jennifer Rumpf

Dr. Jennifer Rumpf enjoys her career as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist. She pursued the field of medicine to help and heal those in need. She cherishes the ability to walk with her patients through exciting times like pregnancy and childbirth, and is honored to journey alongside them with difficult gynecological conditions and life changes. She loves the operating room, where she can help to heal a patient through a procedure. She has had extensive training in minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery, which she is proud to confidently offer to her patients. She strongly values the relationships with her patients and wants to listen to their concerns so that she can offer the help they need.

Dr. Jennifer Rumpf is originally from San Antonio, Texas. She attended Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors with a Major in Biology and a Minor in Mathematics. She matriculated to the Texas A&M College of Medicine where she earned her Medical Doctorate. She trained at Houston Methodist Hospital Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency.

Since 2017, she has served on the Board of Texas Pregnancy Care Network, helping to oversee the direction of this program allocating funds for pregnancy resource centers in Texas.

She is loves spending time outside with her husband and their two dogs, Betsie the Pomeranian and Byron the German Shepherd.
